Toward Regional Development: Digital Transformation of Higher Education Institutions

Abstract This paper presents the findings of a study on digital maturity in higher education institutions Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). Empirical research was conducted 2020. Teachers from eight public were included sample. The revealed that transformation has been ongoing these for some time, results have achieved, but not yet attained. also barriers must be overcome order to accelerate digitalization reap anticipated benefits.

این پژوهش با هدف "بررسی وضعیت موجود آموزش عالی مجازی در ایران و راههای توسعه و ارتقای آن " و با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و پیمایشی صورت پذیرفته است. بررسی اسنادو مدارک موجود در زمینه آموزش مجازی نشان داد تعداد دانشجویان و مقاطع تحصیلی و رشته محل های دوره های الکترونیکی چندان مطلوب نبوده و از نظر کیفی نیز وضعیت شاخص خدمات آموزشی اساتید و وضعیت شبکه اینترنت در محیط آموزش مجازی نامطلوب است.
